Shipping policy

At ICAMPING LLC(DBA Landscamper), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our customers. We understand that shipping and delivery can be a crucial aspect of the purchasing process, so we have created a comprehensive shipping policy to provide you with all the information you need.

Shipping Method and Lead Times

Most of our made-to-order, newly manufactured items are shipped via ocean freight service. Orders for in-stock inventory items are dispatched from our warehouse in LA. Lead times usually range from 4-6 weeks for inventory items and 8-10 weeks for made-to-order items. Please note that occasionally, when there are orders queued, the manufacturing time could take longer than usual. Also, shipping to the East Coast may take 10-13 weeks. Offloading and Unloading

Our shipping service only includes offloading products to a location with truck access. We are not responsible for moving the crates into the building or up the stairs. For large items like giant Sami tipi tents or panoramic pods, customers may need to be able to help unload or rent a forklift to unload. Please clarify with us before placing an order.

Express Shipping

Delivery Attempt

The delivery company will contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery. If you are not available during the confirmed delivery window, it will be at the customer's cost to pay for additional delivery attempt and any fees resulting from this.

Product Condition

It is the customer's responsibility to check and confirm that the products are delivered in good condition. Most of our products are delivered in wooden crates. If you spot any broken crates, please take photos and note these down before signing the delivery receipt.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss from any casualty to the products, regardless of the cause, is on ICAMPING LLC until the shipment has been delivered to the customer. Once the proof of delivery document is signed, or the shipment is unloaded at the customer's delivery address, the customer has all the risk of loss from any casualty to the products, regardless of the cause.

Address Correction

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly since once it has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter the address. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
