Thank you for choosing ICAMPING LLC, DBA Landscamper, as your supplier of high-quality geodesic/panoramic domes and pods. We want to ensure that you are fully informed of our policies and terms and conditions. Before you make a purchase, please read our terms and conditions carefully. By buying our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a fault in the mechanical components of the dome.

We check all our products for quality before shipping them to you. If there is a fault with the mechanical components of the dome, we will replace the goods. However, since all our domes and components are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns for changes of mind, unmet expectations, production delays, customs delays, or shipping delays.

Once payment has been made, the order is final, so please make sure you have done all your research before confirming your order. Please understand that there may be delays in the manufacturing process since our domes are not mass-produced and are carefully constructed. As a result, you may experience longer-than-expected production times.

 

WARRANTY:

ICAMPING LLC offers a warranty period for all its products, which varies depending on the specific product. The warranty period is stated on each product page and covers defects in materials and workmanship. If any defects are discovered within the stated warranty period, ICAMPING LLC will repair or replace the product or its parts at its discretion. Please refer to the product page for the specific warranty period of the product you are interested in.

PRICING:

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD), and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are purchasing outside of the US, items will automatically deduct non-applicable taxes at checkout. ICAMPING LLC reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
